We believe in nurturing the land, enjoying every minute of life, cherishing family and love, and celebrating the flavors! We are a sustainable biodiverse farm for plants and animals to thrive! Our story begins 3 generations ago. When our grandfather purchased the StarWalker Farm in the year 1970. Later it would be cultivated by the second generation, Bruce & Lisa Walker who ran the organic farm for over 40 years. Their oldest son Jason Walker and his family decided to move back to their hometown and continue the family farm tradition. We are pleased to announce our End of Season Stock Up Specials. We are now able to offer our local customers Whole, Half and Quarter Hogs and Beef. This offer comes to you in part because we are now using local Siskiyou County based Nexus Beef Packing LLC for our beef processing which significantly drops the cost of our processing logistics and we are pleased to pass this savings along to you, our devoted customers. (Our organic hog processor is located in Springfield Oregon.) Your meat will come frozen in our usual vacuum sealed packages and delivered free to your doorstep within 2 weeks of placing your order.
